Not only is it next to impossible to try and find real pistachio extract, but I had no luck going store to store. The only extract I found was either pistachio oil, or pistachio flavoring, which is just a bunch of artificial ingredients. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this website. While of course pistachio extract is a little expensive, it is worth the price knowing you’re getting quality ingredients. This elevated my cookies to another level! Thank you so much.
