The Strawberry Extract tastes and smells very natural. No nasty off odors or weirdness so often found in other extracts.
I added some to Ginger Kombucha which was fabulous. To make it even better, I added the blended Kombucha to some fresh strawberry puree', homemade Limoncello, and topped it off with Indigo Gin. Awesome cocktail!
